Been shopping with QVC for over 15 years. Tend to buy from their clearance/last clicks section as they have become quite expensive, especially on postage. The "easypay" option on some things is good, price split into up to 4 no interest monthly payments. Customer service is the best I've received anywhere. Their range is poor on some lines. I found a much better choice of lower priced Xmas gifts on Debenhams.

QVC offers a range of products with a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. P&P can be high and you pay return P&P so this can be costly.
Cashback tracks easily BUT is very slow to confirm and never pays on the date quoted I'm waiting for some 6 weeks over their due date. Thus 4 stars

This retailer sells a good selection of quality items with 30 day money back guarantee, even if you have used the product during this time.
The one downside to this merchant is the cost of their P & P which is nearly always excessive

I havent heard back from QVC yet. items were delivered quickly but I was disappointed in the quality and wasnt worth the money - hair products. over priced I feel. you pay to send it back but I havent heard anything and that was last week so not that impressed so far. havent checked cash back so cant comment on that part

Great products, brilliant customer service - very helpful and nothing was too much trouble on the rare occasion something was not quite right. Items were sent swiftly. Cashback helps to offset the sometimes pricey postage.
