I have just had a payout for a transaction over three years ago. At least it arrived but... THREE YEARS! June 2016, paid out in July 2019 after a missing cashback claim.

Always decline the payout with no reasons provided. Stick with Papa jon’s better pizza, cash back always tracks and you also get rewards with their loyalty program.
