Cashback always declined
Whenever we order something through our cashback is always declined. We get same things all the time an pay card so no clue why is that as there are no exclusions.

Pizza Fine - Cashback Not
They seem to have pretty much stopped paying the cashback, They wait ages and then decline the payments, I have some that are are 6 months as pending and don't expect them to actually come to fruition. Hardly worth complaining for the pennies they say we'll get but I go elsewhere now so it costs them much more in lost sales.

BEWARE: They do NOT pay out cashback!
Simply put, the they didn't track my cashback, then rejected my appeal stating they couldn't find my £40+ order! I provided them with THE order number THEY gave me via email. I've not had this issue before so its nothing to do with my browser settings.
Pizza was fine, no issues with the service at my local branch.
But I won't be ordering from them again.

Pizza Hut never tracks!
Any purchases with Pizza Hut never track. And they send spam adverts to your phone, and make it very difficult to stop this.

Cashback doesn't track or gets declined
Had so many instances of cashback not tracking with Pizza Hut and most recently declined cashback with a valid order number. Typically a £2 TCB bonus was relying on this transaction so that was also declined.

Always problems getting cashback
Once again problems getting cashback from this retailer. Two recent claims declined because pizzahut can't find the transactions. Not worth the trouble continuing to chase the cashback. Perhaps topcashback should consider their affiliation with them.

Continuous declined cashback
Continue to use the link and purchase pizza from Pizza Hut but every time after its gone through the pending stage it just declines. Not sure what's throwing this out but it's annoying.

Always have to lodge claim
Cashback tracks, then declines, then I have to claim as missing cashback. Not worth the effort and doesn't show topcashback in a very good light. Very disappointing merchant. (Although I love the pizza)

Love the pizza (especially the flatbread ones) but cashback is often a problem. It tracks then declines. Waiting on outcome from lodging a claim but I shouldn't have to lodge a claim in the first place when I clearly have an email showing that I have purchased the pizza.

Even more frustrating, despite having an order number they come back 2 months later wanting a random reference number in the format 777dbfa7-5384-4275-a5e1-baf745d4de38. At least Domino's tracks and pays every time without fail.
