Beware , easy to book and pay, all's good till things go wrong then the helplines are useless they just want to blame the courier firms and do nothing

Cashback is good and paid reasonably quickly. However the Parcel2Go Courier Services leaves a lot to be desired. I now use a different much more reliable Company.

The worst courier handler Ive ever used. Fine if you dont have any problems but as soon as you do these are a complete nightmare to deal. I had to report them for really shady business practices to trading standards and the ombudsman. AVOID!

Didn't pick up the last 5 collections I placed as I had paid for. Then someone turned up over a week later to collect a next day collection but 7 days late. Would never use again
