Sneaky beggars
Cashback tracked, confirmed, then they declined my cashback the last week before it became payable. Feel a bit hard done by there...
I would say if the cashback is important to you, try a competitor instead. Decent enough service for finding cheaper parcel delivery options, but absolute scammers on the cashback front.

3 cashback rejected
Decided to try them and sent 3 expensive parcels. Everything tracked ok, waited 3 months and now all 3 rejected. There are other parcel companies to use and I will be not using this place in future.

Tracks the amount I've sent since using it, apparently spent £0 so therefore I get nothing back.
Paid over £50 in postage in a week but says I haven't paid anything! Beginning to think it's a con to gain more customers.

Doesn't track anymore
Used to track purchases/cashback within hours - now its completely dead. Despite over 14 transactions over 2 weeks nothing appears. Its either broken or a simply old fashioned con.

Not tracking from 1st Sept
Tracked fine for months @ 1.05% But as from 1st Sept multi daily purchases have failed to track completely, except for a single PrePay Payment. This also seems to coincide with their Website Upograde/Changes

Excellent reduced rate postage options that automatically sync your orders
Smart send automatically sync's my orders from ebay and etsy and for domestic tracked delivery services they are cheaper than ebay's Packlink Pro, occasionally their International offers with FedEx or DPD, or DHL can be a better deal than everyone else as well.
If one of my customers selects Royal Mail International Tracked postage, that is often found cheapest via RM Click'N'Drop account (especially as collections are still free - no extra cost). If a customer requests Express International Delivery, this is the only point Packlink Pro's UPS Saver to USA is the cheapest, it only costs 19.99 GBP with collection and usually arrives within 2 days at the U.S. address (if there are problems it helps to know Spanish which is where Packlink Pro is based it seems).
However Packlink Pro, nor Royal Mail have registered with TopCashBack, unlike Parcel2Go.

Had a problem with Hermes and P2Go sorted it quickly. Otherwise used numerous times with complete success. I now use Yodel when I can instead of Evri.
