Not tracking from 1st Sept
Tracked fine for months @ 1.05% But as from 1st Sept multi daily purchases have failed to track completely, except for a single PrePay Payment. This also seems to coincide with their Website Upograde/Changes

Doesn't track correctly! Only tracks for one parcel, so if your sending five, you only get cashback for one!

Beware , easy to book and pay, all's good till things go wrong then the helplines are useless they just want to blame the courier firms and do nothing

Cashback is good and paid reasonably quickly. However the Parcel2Go Courier Services leaves a lot to be desired. I now use a different much more reliable Company.

Ok, happy with delivery, but even though I followed their instructions online, they claimed my parcel was too big and as such owed them money.

Well cashback what cashback, thought I'd give them a try as they were on here. Waste of time, didn't track and after more than a year it's finally been declined. Superb of TCB for trying though, wont be using them again as they wasn't that cheap anyway. Going to Hermes direct and dropping off my parcels has saved me a fortune. Given them a go
https://www.myhermes.co.uk easy price bandings for weights so on some things they even wipe the floor with Royal Mail.

Irrelevant now that cashback is not offered, but never tracked, took a year to get a response after submitting a claim, final outcome was "not customer's first order" which is a lie. Would be wary of using again unless they are truly the cheapest option around.

Cashback declined
I have used the same way to claim cashback on Parcel2go for many years, then all of a sudden my purchases get declined with the response
"The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase".
I don't use any other "marketing channels" I am still using the same way to book parcels now and they are showing as confirmed! Just a con over the Xmas period

3 cashback rejected
Decided to try them and sent 3 expensive parcels. Everything tracked ok, waited 3 months and now all 3 rejected. There are other parcel companies to use and I will be not using this place in future.

Tracks the amount I've sent since using it, apparently spent £0 so therefore I get nothing back.
Paid over £50 in postage in a week but says I haven't paid anything! Beginning to think it's a con to gain more customers.

Doesn't track anymore
Used to track purchases/cashback within hours - now its completely dead. Despite over 14 transactions over 2 weeks nothing appears. Its either broken or a simply old fashioned con.

The worst courier handler Ive ever used. Fine if you dont have any problems but as soon as you do these are a complete nightmare to deal. I had to report them for really shady business practices to trading standards and the ombudsman. AVOID!

Basically Parcel2Go have damaged an item of mine and i'm £195 out of pocket. I was aware the item was on the restricted list (toilet pan) but it was extremely well packed and should have been safe. It arrived smashed to pieces and in all honesty Parcel2Go couldn't have cared less. Avoid using at any cost, seems soon as there's an issue they'll just wash there hands of it. Their restricted items list basically allows any drivers to beat the cr*p out of the parcels as they know there will be no comeback to them. Shocking service, cheesy responses to emails, you can sense they're not bothered.
