	Concerned by the various comments with regards to this site not tracking or tracking and then not paying. No problems on my two contract purchases. Both tracked fast and both now moved to payable. Excellent thats £60 towards my already low contract costs.

	I brought a £20.50p/m 18 month t-mobile contract with mobiles.co.uk in particular because of the £60 cashback offered. It was also a part of carphone warehouse, so I thought it would be repubtable. However the cash back was declined & I have no idea why, I kept to the terms & conditions. Also the same contract was available from other retailers so I was unhappy that I had not shopped elsewhere & recieved the cashback without question. I put in a missing cashback claim & Top Cashback were very helpful, it is now showing on my earnings page but not as of yet been paid. Im happy that it has been sorted but it would have been better if they had honoured the cashback as originally promised. I won't be shopping with them again & as soon as the contact has finished I will be cancelling it.

	Well I was wary after reading some of the other reviews here but my cashback tracked immediately and was payable within a month. Excellent. Can't fault them.

	Cash back tracked and paid within 30 days. My original phone had a a fault with the wifi and they exchanged for another without any problems at all. I have yet to claim the extra cash back direct with them....

	My first purchase via TCB. Never tracked. 21 Months later I've just been told that my claim has been declined after numerous messages between us. Funny, 2 PAYG purchases for cheap handsets tracked within 48hrs.

	Refused to pay for no valid reason, said I hadn't gone through Top Cashback although it was tracked that I had logged on through them, one to avoid!

	Cashhback tracked and paid OK. Phone was refurb on deal and has been fine. On redemption deal but haven't made any claims yet.

	Appalling customer service by both Top cashback and Mobiles.co.uk I have brought 2 mobiles, clicked through the website, very careful and 10 months later after sending numnerous nudges and confirmation of the order, to be told that the cashback has been declined. DO NOT USE FOR CASHBACK - VERY POOR!!!!

	Absolutely dreadful. Declined cashback and when issue raised also got declined as apparently they couldn't trace the purchase. Strange as I've received my first redemption cheque with no problems whatsoever. Do not go with this company if cashback makes it cheaper than alternative as there is definitely no guarantee.

	mobiles.co.uk are bag of con artists. got mobile with the contract almost 2 years ago, all paid and still have a phone and contract. retailer refused the cashback they say. on what basis I ask? none really - cannot trace transaction? I have a contract - does this matters at all? wont use mobiles.co.uk and will not recommend to friends.

	Make two(02) contract phone on December 2010. Took ONE(01) YEAR plus and ended only get one(01) cashback instead of two(02). And I am so stupid to get another contract phone with them (mobiles.co.uk) early this month(May2012). During that period, take up T-mobile contract will get GBP60 cashback(exclude Top-up by topcashback.co.uk) but only appear GBP30. After filed a claim and it totally declined the cashback. NOW SHOWN AS GBP 0.00(ZERO)!!! Still waiting for respond but I think it going to be like my first order with them, waited for 15MONTHS(NOT WEEKS) to get the cashback(ONLY HALF OF THE PROMISED CASHBACK AMOUNT). Wish me luck and those that going to place your order.

	Despite previous issues, upgrades are starting to track again which is great. Tracking time seems to have sped up too! Only issue is- I have had a good few missing cashback claims pending for a while. Mobiles.co.uk take their time to review them it seems.

	Found best deal for me through a bill monitoring site was via mobiles.co.uk. Came to topcashback to see if I could save any more, guess what? If you go through topcashback deal not available. I think that mobiles.co.uk are missing the point that the idea of topcashback is to generate extra business for them not to offer customers worse deals.

	Signed up for a new phone on two year contract in October last year and still waiting for the cashback despite lodging a missing cashback claim on November and giving the claim a nedge. Very disappointing all in all.
