	Bought phone May 2011. Cashback hasn't tracked and despite several nudges, nothing has happened. Expecting £40, so very disappointed.

	Good site, offering excellent deals on all major networks. Managed to find a deal that was 25% cheaper than offered by the networks website.

	I upgrade my Vodafone contract to iPhone 4S from mobiles.co.uk through this cashback site. It is CLEARLY mentioned that cashback amount is £40.40 for iPhone 4S - Upgrade. However, though status is CONFIRMED shown in my account, but xashback amount is £0 !!!! Don't recommend them ---

	ordered the iphone 4 from this company .its know been 1 1/2 years still no cashback .now topcash back tell me it may take another several months .dont bother with Mobiles.co.uk .go elsewhere trust me why wait over 2 years......

	Wow, ordered HTC Wildefire S end Nov (great phone by the way), received by courier next day! Will get cashback on rental + bonus £30.90 from TopCashBack. Tracked almost immediately but sat at pending (was beginning to think wouldn't confirm) but then went straight to payable, all within 6weeks! What can I say - great experience all round. Would recommend this retailer & TCB to anyone.

	Just realised that my cashback has been declined for no apparent reason. As its been more than 100 days I am unable to submit a claim with topcashback so not happy at all!!

	AVOID USING THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS. Mobile phone companies generally have a bad reputation but Mobiles.co.uk live up to this and then some. Promised £50 cashback for a mobile phone contract purchase yet despite numerous nudges and messages I am now 21 months down the line with no sign of the cashback or any type of explanation why. Ridiculous. Top Cashback not exactly helped either (you get promised an update but it never, ever arrives).

	I was supposed to get my phone within 24 hours yet it took over 5 days and several calls to get it delivered. The delivery people were totally useless and lied about attempted delivery.

	Tracked quickly, then paid VERY quickly. I only got my mobile about 6 weeks ago! It's been faster cashback than some other transactions that date back to months and months ago! Well done mobiles.co.uk and Topcashback. :)

	so far this merchant has been useless - beware. Cashback tracked quickly -as 0£ ! and was confirmed for the same amount a few days later. Have contacted the very good cashback team but so far no action. Dont forget to cancel the ridiculous insurance and gadget support that costs a lot and is placed on your order.

	Cashback declined despite the fact I do have a phone contract bought through them. Nightmare from start to finish as my phone was barred without warning from Orange as I needed to provide more I.D. Took 2 weeks to sort out. Was going to get my husbands contract through them but will definitely look elsewhere!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

	Mobiles.co.uk were advertising £40.40 cashback for the product I bought. Tracked at £30.30, would not allow me to raise an enquiry cos "this merchant tracks at.... will be uplifted etc" It didn't uplift and I only got £30.30 paid, but it paid quickly, so quite happy!
