Mobiles.co.uk declined my cashback using a ridiculous excuse, They are not trustworthy - if I can effect one person, great but heh hoh. TC, get them off the website.

	Top cashback 4 Top rewards Upgraded to a new Vodafone sim only deal. Everything went smoothly. Cashback was shown straight away and the money was in my account within a few weeks. What more could i ask for.

	Don't buy expecting cashback I took out 3 Vodafone contracts (1 last year & 2 this year) none of them paid out with this company, I know it's said that cashback isn't guaranteed but I feel they are taking advantage.

	Number 1 at doing the switcheroo You follow all the rules. I have been doing cashback since 2014. I only go by what they say on their page, and they will claim used discounts that are not allowed. I am stuck with them for now but will move to better service providers next upgrade.

	Dont use this merchant for cashback Used TCB for some 8+ years, so not a newbie and know what im doing. Purchased plenty of phones over the years via TCB and not had any issue in getting the money - however these guys refused the claim, even though everything tracked, so if you are lookingh for cashback on your deal, then go withone of the other many stores on here...

	Declined cashback Renewed my SIM only deal with Vodafone through mobiles. We as a family have been using mobiles for many years, both for new phones and SIM only. The offers have been getting worse, and now they are refusing to pay the cashback offered. Usual old rubbish reason, contract not showing as being taken out via TCB. Another dishonest company using TCB to boost their sales. Won't be using this company again.

	AVOID.. Claim tracked, but declined for using another offer (which i did not). Escalated to TCP, but still declined. Fair prices, but terrible customer service...will not use again. Avoid.

	Very Quick cashback Purchased a new contract and phone (Pixel 10 pro xl) Excellent deal total cost of the contact a lot less than buying sim free from Google. Cashback originally tracked at £20, but within 3 weeks it changed to to "correct" amount £60 and immediately went to payable. I thought it should have been £65 but I could have been wrong. Anyway I'm delighted with my phone deal and cashback.

	dont buy from these scammers Did not track even though i met all the criteria, raised a claim only to be told that it wasnt seen on their end. complete scam. Unfortunately stuck in a contract for a year with them otherwise would cancel. Do not recommend.

	Always declined - don't bother. Tracked ok, then declined...raised through TCB, tracked again and declined. Don't waste your time, their deals are good, but they never pay out.

	Quick but incorrect cashback Cashback tracked at £0 then uplifted and payable in just under 3 weeks but this was not the correct amount. Should have been £75 but got £45 and have had to make a claim for the remainder.... will have to wait and see if I get the rest.
