	Purchased full tracked online only for them to decline not happy at all. I did all the order process online with out any glitches or errors and was told the item was in stock. A day later I received an email saying the phone I ordered was not available and I would have to wait. As I did not want to wait and needed a phone ASAP I rang them up to cancel the order so I could order elsewhere, the operator said they had the phone and would send it to me the following day. I then received a the phone and a different order number. I was told by the operator that my cashback would be honoured as they had an available phone to send me. I am now wary of this company as this could be a mechanism they use to NOT fulfil or honour the cashback. Raised it with TCB waiting for response, will update with outcome.

	Ordered the phone Sunday afternoon, and it was ready for delivery Monday! they use a decent delivery service too which gives you a 1 hr window. very pleased.

	Pain free experience. Came payable really quickly (less than two weeks). The only criticism is that they delivered the phone on the wrong day, but luckily someone was in.

	Was a bit dubious after some of the negative comments but I got my £28 cash back in just over a month. Great stuff!!

	Cash back failed to track even though every thing was done correctly, missing clam was submitted and top cash back replied saying another source was credited with the cash back. Other recent reviews saying similar things, avoid if you can they will try to get out of paying! Also, a couple of direct debits were set up on my bank account for gadget insurance and phone insurance even though I did not ask for them! Be very wary.

	Cash back via topcashback tracked and worked fine. Cashback via mobiles.co.uk own discount incentive did not work! DO NOT go for any deal that gives cashback over the 2 years of a phone contract. They will try every trick to avoid paying

	After 19 months (!) chasing a completely legitimate cashback claim that did not track following my purchase of an iPhone mobiles.co.uk have refused my claim with no specific grounds for doing so. Topcashback have not sought to challenge this at all, even though they have the records of my visit to the site. Very disappointing. Looks like I have been unlucky, but it could happen to others too. Mobiles.co.uk won't be getting my business again.

	Avoid this merchant. Purchased a phone in January and 9 months later they have rejected my topcashback claim saying that I have used another source i.e. search engine to buy the phone.

	Not only do you get great deals from mobiles.co, but the cashback tracked straight away and paid up quickly. Efficient service on all counts, and provided you follow their instructions to the letter, sending them the correct invoice etc etc, they do pay up on their own cashback deals too.
