Cash back tracked but was declined on both transactions on two separate phones I purchased. Made a complaint and it was still declined. I won't be buying anything from them again. Really disappointed!

The service has been appallling. They have put someone else's mobile phone nuo. on their system and then invalidated my cashback claim. I have written 4 times to complain and they rject my complaints. But I KNOW that they have had my correct mobile no. from the start because when I log in, I use my correct mobil no. successfully. They refuse to rectify their error and I cannot update my details on the system online because it says there is an error and the service is unavailable. They are therefore frudulently invalidating my claim due to their own error and the inability to update my number on their system. I have spent hours trying to get someone to actully reply to thsi and put things right, to no avail.

turned down my cashback - very disappointing as I chose this merchant based on high cashback. Be very careful to close down cookies etc as they seem to use any excuse not to pay.

I was due £47.25 cashback on a PAYM upgrade however, only £26.25 has been paid. Missing cashback claim has been raised with TCB to get the outstanding amount.

Nothing but trouble!! Upgraded to a new iPhone 6 on their £47.50 offer. All went through fine and tracked straight away. I then waited 3 weeks for my phone to come into stock and was received in due course. After 5 days my new sim had not become active so I call them up to find out the problem.... Turns out that the guy who processed my order put it through as a new contract instead of an upgrade. I was then told that this is no problem, it happens from time to time and that it was a straight forward process to get it corrected and that I would be sent a new sim the next day.... After another 5 days and still no new sim, and 2 days since my old sim stopped working I log into my mobiles account to see whats happening. I see my order status showing as returned and that there is a new phone number that was assigned to my account. I phone this number expecting my phone to ring however a guy called Masood answered - he's just got a new phone himself from mobiles!!!! So I phone up mobiles again to find out where my sim card is, I'm told that due to the rush of orders from black friday my order had been delayed and that it would be sent out today. I also asked if my TCB would be effected as my order status was showing as returned? I was VERY clearly told that this WOULD NOT effect my TCB and I would be paid. Well I received my new sim next day and all works great. However a couple of weeks later I notice that my TCB has been declined. I submit a missing cashback form and all the details and more from above to TCB and I get a response yesterday saying that they have contacted mobiles and they are still declining the cash back with NO REASON given!!!! How is this acceptable!! I feel totally ripped off. They made the initial error with my order that caused my order status to go to returned, I had to phone them on three occasions to get this all sorted out @ 10p/min on their phone number I recon I would have spent half of any cashback that I was due in call costs!

Cashback tracked straight away, mobiles.co.uk offered the cheapest deal for the handset I wanted by a long shot, no one was able to pricematch. Very happy.

Excellent merchant !!! No hassle in ordering, quiet straight forward and simple site to order. Very fast delivery on time and nice customer service. Used it for 2 years and again bind for 2 more years without hassle. Recommend for everyone and getting cheapest and resonable deals from this merchant which I cannot get from actual network provider.
