	Avoid Cashback declined in spite of having used correct process for purchase via Topcashback. Seems they should not be on Topcashback based on quite a few recent declined cashback.

	Missing cash back - avoid! Cash back on a larger purchase (for me) was refused, claim lodged. Took a while to get a result only to be told that yes I did click through the link on top cash back but Matalan don’t acknowledge that it was tracked through it. So many reviews saying they refuse to pay it out. Wish I’d seen them first. Will deliberately not shop through them anymore.

	AVOID AVOID AVOID Needs removing Minus 5 *s. All of my 5 claims all rejected. Never tracks. Always decline. Any that do track will be declined or rejected. Should be removed from topcashback permanently. Never pays out. Go elsewhere like George Asda or any other company!

	Doesn't track or they decline Doesn't track or they decline, topcashback need to look into this. They need to remove them now as seems this happens with lots of customers so obviously not just a one off issue.

	Avoid. Cashback always declined Declined twice this year on cashback, for online deliveries to me, using no codes. Im sure I was also on one in 2024 also. Avoid.

	Refused - again. Second time declined. Wouldn't bother me at all if Matalan didn't offer cashback - but the fact that they do and then decline it for literally 98% of customers is incredibly annoying. Because of this, purely on principle, I won't use them again. Matalan, I would still shop with you if you offered no cashback at all - but you wanna play games - you'll lose customers.

	Declined all my claims to them Had 2 recent orders both declined. I didn’t return any of the items and followed their instructions. The 2 claims together didn’t even come to £6.

	Avoid Like lots of other people waited 9 weeks for the cashback and was declined for no reason expecting same with the 2 other purchases I have made wish I had checked reviews before making purchase top cashback need to be checking these reviews from what I'm seeing more bad than good

	Do I have to give them even 1 star? Placed order. Initial cashback declined after about 5 weeks. Contacted customer services and they contacted Matalan. Apparently, despite only using the matalan site or TCB, "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Who was then? My earlier review said see the other 90% 1 star reviews and also they don't reject the cashback until after your time to return items.

	declined cashback for no reason I use topcashback with lots of suppliers and Matalan are the only one that has declined for now reason. Lots of others saying the same thing, Topcashback, this is affecting your reputation also as I suspect people will try other sites for cashback when using Matalan, I know I will in future. Suggest you sort the terms with Matalan properly to avoid people getting frustrated with you both.

	Declined cash back For the second time matalan have declined the cash back for no reason. I haven’t used any codes that weren’t in conjunction with top cash back, none of the items were returned and to add insult my delivery was 5 days later after paying the extra for next day delivery. That of course isn’t the fault of top cash back but seems a common theme based on the other reviews. Very disappointing

	Declined payment They rarely pay out not, not sure why there offer it. The constant declining just leaves a bad feeling.
