Matalan do not pay cashback when they should
I made two separate purchases with this retailer, did not use any voucher codes and none of the items I purchased were on sale. However, they rejected both of my cashback claims. The reason given - voucher code used. No explanation or justification and no option to appeal.

Have used matalan for ages as it is very reasonably priced so even cheaper with cashback and it gets confirmed within weeks. Have had 1 cashback refused with no reason why.
