	None Payment Of Cash Back I purchased 2 suitcases worth £130 from Matalan in May 2023 using all the correct procedures to get cashback, they have denied my claim twice for some reason only known to them, They are a big company and I am just a small customer so they can do as they want, I will leave you to judge whether to use them yourselves from what I have experienced,
