Cashback declined
Matalan have declined my cashback (back from October 2024) for no apparent reason. I didn’t use a discount code and the purchase was completed in full with no refund requested! Small amount of cashback but irritating nevertheless.

It's not just me then?
I placed two orders from Matalan in November, online and through TopCashback. They had a big bonus cashback rate, all tracked looked to be going great but now it's been declined - noticed 3 other reviews all saying the same, all with yesterday's date - mine was also declined yesterday but only just login to see - I wonder how many more people are affect?

Awful. Cashback declined for no reason
I brought two items (in one order) from Matalan in November, on line and through Top Cashback all the correct way. I didn't return any items or do anything wrong and now in February it's been declined.

Matalan cancelled my claim amount because they could not track the last referrer. My claim amount automatically appeared in my account immediately after the purchase, if the last referrer was not Topcashback, the cashback would not have appeared in my account. I will not choose Matalan again.

Not worth going through TCB with this Merchant, I just visit the store or order online directly to save the usual disappointment despite the sales being tracked.

Shop staff great , fast and efficient
Bought two pairs of jeans , great price , just 2 inches short for my long legs ,
Matalan did not cough up cashback , done everything by the book , so gave them 3 stars only , good luck on your cashback .
