Last two times I've ordered of these jokers, it's tracked fine for the correct amount, but then transforms to 0.00 when it's due to become payable. TCB are about as much use as an inflatable dartboard as the manual claim has been ongoing for 6 months. Definitely wont be using Mandm again.

The cashback tracks well.
Also, I cannot fault this retailer. The delivery is smooth, the products are good and well priced and the returns procedure is seamless!

I wouldn't use these again. Been waiting for cashback since May 2011. Initially tracked ok but changed to zero. Claimed with Top Cashback and sent nudges and reminders. I think 10 months is enough time to give them to resolve the matter. Its only a couple of quid but its the principle!

ordered in November last year only yo be told today that the purchase had been declined. not very impressed with M&Mdirect.
had similar problems before where they have not honoured doscount codes they give inthe promotional e-mails.
|Be aware - they dont pay their cashback and their customer services dont follow up as they promised when you ring them.
Wont be using again

Very disappointed it has taken nearly two years to get to the point where I have been told it was resolved but unpaid. Order was for a reasonable amount and was hoping for nearly £10 cashback very unhappy with this result.

Reliable - tracked OK, goods arrived in fine time. I payed extra for a returns label which is a must when buying clothes online - the price of the clothes and level of cashback offsets the returns label fee many times over. Recommend this merchant!

cashback tracked at nil.Six months after raising a missing cashback claim still no response from the retailer. Have closed the claim because its not worth spending anymore time and effort on it. Take my advice and dont bother trying to get cashback from this company. I think even one star is too much for them.

Although my purchases through the merchant are good and delivery is quick i have never received any cashback after buying from them, i have not returned any of the products bought and have submitted missing cashback claims i have never heard anything back and not received any cash back.

Lots of positive comments, yet my last four transactions with this merchant (circa £200 of merchandise) have tracked perfectly until it becomes time to pay out. The figure turns to zero (NO PAYOUT).
TCB apply an exclamation mark to the entry with a global comment explaining that the merchant has rejected claim and that they do not provide an explanation, but it could perhaps be due to an offer, returns or discount code being used.
I may have used a delivery voucher code on one of the occasions, but for all four to be rejected, it simply isn't cricket!
