Three times I have bought goods from MandM Direct going through Top Cash Back, and all three times I have ended up with zero cashback and I've also been unsuccessful in trying to sort this problem out.

MANDMDIRECT IS A VERY CHEAP PLACE TO FIND GOOD QUALITY CLOTHES. THEY ALWAYS HAVE QUICK DELIVERY AND OFTEN HAVE VERY GOOD PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS.

I also have spent a lot of money on this site, which I think offers very good value for the money. The problem is that they go and spoil it by offering cashback, then when it becomes payable it turns to 0.00p.

Cashback tracked fine until a few days ago when it has returned to zero. Filed a claim, so I will have to wait and see what happens. Looks like I have lost my cashback reading other comments regarding same problem.

was really pleased when I saw the prices from this retailer, cashback tracked within a few hours, great, however, it changed to £0.00 as soon as it became available, had major problems with the retailer after a few months returning goods that turned out to be of below par quality and got back less than I paid before even taking the cost of delivery and returns, which I had to pay for, into account, customer service was appalling, NEVER again.
