I bought a pair of Timberland bots for my son and a pair of Fire Trap Jeans for myself. It has only been three monthssince I purchased the jeans and they have split right across both knees. Since denim was traditional workwear due to the hard wearing nature of the fabric i am really disappointed with the product. I expect more than 3 months out of a pair of jeans!

Great service, great prices and cashback always tracks so quickly, (normally within 30 minutes of checking out). Received over £25 cashback so far. Also, I love their new premier service, unlimited express (1day) delivery and free returns for £15 per year.

M&M Direct as a online shopping store is brilliant but when it comes to trying to claim cashback from them it all goes wrong. I have been waiting for my cash back now for over a month and there is no sign of me ever getting it. I'm not that concerned about it but others might be and if you brought lots and you were expecting a good cashback amount then this would become frustrating. I have been using topcashback for over 2 years now and this is the first problem I have ever had and I have brought from companies less known than M&M so why do they feel the need not to pay up.
M&M Direct provide an excellent service in all other areas, it's just a shame that they cant get this one right.

I was a new customer but it tracked at the lower rate ,meant for repeat customers which was annoying.
TopCashBack were quick to sort the problem as soon as I informed them.

Retailer ok. I'd advise using a dicount code though, rather than cashback.
Like many tracks ok, but becomes payable at £0. So not a reliable merchant for cashback, better off using codes instead.
