Cashback first appeared at the low rate of 2% in pending, quickly became payable at £0.00!! Not happy with this merchant declining my cashback but apart from that the site is good cheap ect just no point using it through TCB because it gets declined!

This is the second time I have used this merchant and both times they have failed to issue cashback. The first time they failed to track and I am still waiting for that to be resolved so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as never had problems with other merchants only for them to track but quickly change cashback to ZERO for no reason. Would add that the products are great and reasonably priced but don't expect cashback cause it just ain't happening

Made two separate purchases, neither paid out. Four months after submitting claims haven't bothered to respond yet. POOR, would not recommend. Had transaction on another cashback site declined as well. Thats 3 different transactions unsuccessful, i would not count on them to pay out.
