Great value quality clothes, but i constantly have to put in a claim for cashback (think i have at least 8 outstanding now). Use for quality, but not for cashback. Very poor on that front

Purchase tracked then it has went to 0.00 for the last few months, opened a claim regarding this and heard nothing at all for over 3 months.
I do not expect to get the cashback and for that reason i will no longer shop with M&M

I have just received an email stating that my claim for cash back has been rejected due to 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'.
There was no other marketing channel involved.
Sent M and M direct an email directing them to remove me from their mailing list as I do not wish to conduct business with a company who fail to tell the truth.

Although i have made several purchases in the last couple of years and have no problems I have yet to get cashback to pay out. It always tracks and then a few months later its declined!

I purchased items on 5 June 2012 and I am still awaiting the cashback to be approved.
I have lodged a claim and there has been no reply from M & M Direct.
Very poor retailer.

They never paid the cash back earnt even though I have screenshots of the whole topcashback and m and m transaction. They have now lost my custom and I will no longer recommend them to family or friends.

I bought various items at the end of 2011 and none were returned. Still have not received any cashback despite a claim being raised.
It's a shame as it's resulted in my family not using this retailer any more when once we were frequent customers.

I have marked this transaction with a high rating so it shows up on the high rating cashback experience list. As much as M&M always give immediate cashback for a purchase they do not pay out. It always gets moved to zero after a few months and you never hear back when queried. They have great prices and service but do not expect cashback!! I do not expect my latest cashback.
