Cashback exp ok but had to return shoes and one pair which is still showing as available on site failed on second wearing, asked them to replace but they just refunded so now will have to pay 2nd lot of postage if i want to reorder. Not happy.

Tracked rapidly and paid without any problems. We had returned some items and that didn't stop us getting the cashback as some had stated. Highly recommend M&M.

Declined to pay out for no apparent reason. Not worth chasing for £0.55. The actual service from M&M Direct was good - items arrived as described and on time, but do not rely on for cashback. Any cashback received is a bonus!

Have used this company for a couple of years, order that much off them it's worth signing up to their gold membership for free delivery & returns for a year as works out much cheaper than paying for delivery each time. Now I can get cashback on my purchases which is great!

Ive now had 3 claims thats have not tracked....I have tryed to claim but M&M have to payed out!!!!!!!!!!!! I`ve spent more than £300 and had no cash back..What a scam!

This as many have pointed out is very hit and miss. Tracks quickly but if you've used a voucher code for free delivery or % off it can decline. Also if you send any part of the order back it drops the cashback and even if you try to claim at the new amount spent you still get nothing. It's a bonus if it does go to payable but never rely on it.

Cashback tracks immediately but as others have commented it hardly ever materialises. I order from M&M quite a bit and have had only 2 occassions when they have paid cashback over the years, not sure why this happens because the transactions are no different- very frustrating.
