Have used this company for a couple of years, order that much off them it's worth signing up to their gold membership for free delivery & returns for a year as works out much cheaper than paying for delivery each time. Now I can get cashback on my purchases which is great!

Ive now had 3 claims thats have not tracked....I have tryed to claim but M&M have to payed out!!!!!!!!!!!! I`ve spent more than £300 and had no cash back..What a scam!

This as many have pointed out is very hit and miss. Tracks quickly but if you've used a voucher code for free delivery or % off it can decline. Also if you send any part of the order back it drops the cashback and even if you try to claim at the new amount spent you still get nothing. It's a bonus if it does go to payable but never rely on it.

Cashback tracks immediately but as others have commented it hardly ever materialises. I order from M&M quite a bit and have had only 2 occassions when they have paid cashback over the years, not sure why this happens because the transactions are no different- very frustrating.

I shop periodically with MandM because of their prices, but wouldn't rely on getting the cashback as have had it cancelled more than once. (Topcashback have tried to claim - so no gripes there). Recommend seeing the cashback as a bonus, not a given.

'ANOTHER' complete waste of time. A good offer with cashback is no longer a good offer if genuine claims for such cashback are refused because and i quote:' We don't seem to be able to find the transaction', although the transaction code form my receipt was perfectly submitted through TCB.
TCB STOP USING COMPANIES THAT DON'T PAY OUT!!!
