Won't use again. Bought an item through them and the cashback tracked but was then declined. Set up a query but they have come back and said I didn't go through TCB.......eventhough I did. Lesson learned, don't bother with this company again.

Purchase tracked quickly at the amount less vat. Has just been declined. Claim lodged, not hoping for anything given recent reviews all saying their cashback has been declined.

Just discovered M&M only offer cashback on items excluding VAT, hence the purchase price differences. Doesn't explain why they've declined 2 perfectly legit purchases though!

Declined cashback, again, AND wrong purchase amount shown - offering a lower cashback amount than actually should have. I've made 3 purchases with m&m through TCB. The first paid out no problem. The second two purchases were declined. I decided to lodge a missing cashback claim and that's when I realised that my TCB account showed my purchase amount to be lower than the true amount spent with m&m, one transaction had a £12 difference in the totals! Let's see what m&m and TopCashBack's responses will be to my complaint....
