Same experience as many others. Tracked almost immediately but then reverted to 0 and no opportunity to request an investigation. Luckily got a good deal on magazine, but otherwise would not recommend using this retailer.

Update...to be fair to Magazines Direct, as soon as I had reviewed them quite negatively, they paid up, though I doubt that had anything to do with it. So it has taken about 5 months to become payable, which I don't mind as the cashback was a bonus on top of a good deal. However, all the negative comments makes you wonder if yours will also go to zero and that can be quite disconcerting.

Tracked quickly at £5.05 then was declined and went to £0.00.
Won't let me put in a claim for missing cashback as it says there is no cashback offer at the time I clicked through.
Why then did it track and then vanish?
Top cashback have said "put in a claim" but it does not let me.
Not happy.

Ordered a years subscription to a magazine. Paid immediately and receieved magazines on time. Waited 5 months for cash back, then payment went to £0. Will not use again
