Awful!! Cashback and transaction appeared (£5.25) and then completely disappeared. No reason or explanation. Will never get anything from this magazine company again. I had a subscription before and I encountered problems. I only bought from them again for the cashback - silly me. My advice = USE ANOTHER MAGAZINE SUBSCRIBER COMPANY. Very disappointed, TopCashBack need to disassociate themselves from dishonest companies like this.

Bought a few magazine subscriptions on separate transactions, expecting £6 cashback for each. Unfortunately they would not pay all the cashback even though I spent quite a lot of money with them and met their criteria. Will not use them again, I will go elsewhere.

Considering all of the problems I have had with Magazines Direct sending the wrong size magazine month after month I was disappointed to find that they didn't even pay out the £5.05 - and surprise surprise they don't accept missing cashback claims. Not impressed with them at all.

Same experience as a lot of others on TCB. Bought a subscription a year ago and still no cashback despite nudging twice during the year. No problems with the subscription itself but if you're only going with this company to get the cashback don't bother!

Like many others the cashback appeared very quickly, then about a month later declined for no reason! Their cashback is a con, and no way of issuing a claim against them as it says there was 'no offer' at time of purchase. So don't buy solely based on cashback offer

Cashback amount was pending for weeks and has now gone to "0". Love the magazine and it comes punctually but the cashback experience was awful. I bought the subscription in June ..now November and looks like I'm getting no cashback at all. Will go elsewhere in future

This is not regarding cash back but I can’t find anywhere else to leave a review. I haven’t received my Ideal Home magazine subscription for 4 months- every time I call I am told the same thing- it will be sorted for next month. It never is!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Transaction did not track even though my 'clicks to merchants' history does record my visit to the site on the date of my purchase. Cashback claim raised but merchant has refused to pay out cashback amount of £8.00
