Like everyone else, Cashback of £5.15 appeared quickly and then a month later reduced to £0.00 for no reason whatsoever. I have paid and not cancelled. TopCashBack should step in and get rid of this seller. Magazines Direct gives you a bad name...

Cashback appeared very quickly, then once ready for payment it was declined for no reason! There is also no way of issuing a claim against them as it says there was 'no offer' at time of purchase and TCB will not chase payments against this company. Please DO NOT buy solely based on cashback offer as you will not receive any payment!

Much as most other comments, cashback tracked almost immediately, but reverted to zero, no reason given, tcb have tried to resolve this, still waiting. What's worse, the TV guide I bought from them, often comes too late. As I live abroad, I like to have my hard drive all set up on my satellite by the week end, when the guides coverage starts from, but it's often tuesday or wednesday that I receive it. No excuses that it takes this long to ship from the UK, as they're printed HERE and posted from HERE!!! Awful, awful, awful - stay away from this merchant!!!!!

I ordered 2 x 12 month subscriptions in November as Christmas gifts, but only received one gift card and had to phone to get another. No sign of cash back, they should be taken off the list of merchants, as it doesn`t look like anyone gets paid !

I have yet to see a review from anyone who has actually HAD cashback from this retailer - the cashback of £5.05 tracks very quickly, but then go to 0 within days! Conveniently you're then "unable to lodge a missing claim" with magazinesdirect even though the transaction is clearly tracked...Don't be tempted by the promise of £5 cashback - Topcashback should do the decent thing by removing this offer as it is very misleading and obviously false marketing! Avoid

Did not track at all and coveniently they do not allow missing cashback claims. Complete con. Topcashback have record of my visit but Magazines Direct don't! If this hadn't have been a gift subscription then I would have cancelled. DO NOT USE - IT IS A CHEAP CON.

Bought a gift subscription to be activated by the recipient by e-mail...specified a date as required..and they didn't send it until AFTER the required date thus ruining the 'gift' elemnt completely. Cashback also dropped to 'Zero' for no real reason and the fact you can't claim makes this hardly worth the effort. AVOID.

I chose to purchase a magazine subscription due to the cashback on offer. However, the amount was tracked as zero. There is no option to submit a missing cashback claim. My advice would be not to base your decision on the promised cashback. The 'christmas gift' package was also a very plain card saying 'your subscription will start in February'. The response was very unsatifactory from their customer services.

Do not use as you will not get your cashback and they make sure they lose your cashback after the 100 days have expired so topcashback cannot make a claim, I will not be using them again and have sent them an email to cancel my subscription and refund me. I used them to buy a mag i loved at a reasonable price as its too expensive in the shops. AVOID.

Disappointed! Although it has been showing £5 cashback pending for the past 3 months, it has now gone to £0? Topcashback wont track it, why?? I would have gone to another retailer. I feel as though I have been cheated out of my cashback! Wont be using the vendor again! Beware its a con!

Similar to a lot of other peoples experiences - the cashback tracked at £5.05 and when it got to payment it turned to £0! Topcashback is unable to chase up claims for this merchant - however I gather lots of transactions are successful...?!

Very disappointed with this retailer. Cash back did not track and Topcashback can't do anything about it. My recommendation would be -avoid!!!!

Tracked straight away, but like other users, when the claim moves to payable it reverts to zero. It does this after the 100 days so you have no way to lodge a missing claim. This seems very underhand and should not be allowed to continue. TCB should stop this practice as it is undermining the whole ethos of the system.

after online purchase, claim did not register. This merchant does not allow you to lodge a missing claim. Have addressed the problem with Top cash but don't know whether they can do anything. It seems an unreliable/misleading offer. Very unimpressed, very unhappy!
