	Awful company! I agreed to atrial for £1. After this, I cancelled, only to find the had taken £24.99 out of my account for a further years subscription! After numerous phone calls and emails, they still haven't refunded me! I think two months is long enough! DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

	After taking out a direct debit with magazines direct.com, waited a few months for my sum of £ 5.99 just to be declined! Well of course cancelled my direct debit! I now order it from my local newsagent, which has been proven to be far more reliable.

	Be warned - this company advertises that it gives cashback - IT DOESN'T. The reply from Topcashback is that they cannot do anything about it and when asked, they stated that they are not going to do anything to ensure that it doesn't happen to others either. Very poor service from both Magazines Direct (false advertising) and Topcashback (surely they have a responsibility as a professional cashback website to ensure that companies keep to what they are advertising too). AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT PAY EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

	Subscribed to a magazine through Magazines Direct for which I was due £5 cashback. It was tracking fine to start with. It has now become payable but the amount payable is £0! You can't lodge a claim for this merchant so there is nothing I can do I am afraid.

	Cashback appeared on my list quickly, then about two month later Magazine Direct declined for no reason! Magazine Direct will not allow you to issue a claim against them Magazine Direct link should be removed from TopCashBack website as their link says you will get approx. £5 for signing up for magazine subscription with them but you get nothing. I have cancelled my direct debit from my bank account and will never purchase from Magazine Direct again.

	My £5 cash back promised has turned to 0 with no explanation. I paid up front and didn't cancel the subscription. Do not use this company, it is a scam

	Very disappointed. Claim was tracked right up to payment and then it went to zero. I had all emails and paperwork to back up my claim, but when I filed with TCB they said they couldn't help as the Magazines Direct does not accept any cashback queries. I think I should have seen a red flag then! PS Is it just me or are many companies offering cashback, but at the last moment not paying for one reason or another? I do not blame TCB as they can only go on the supplier details, but it must be frustrating for them when the supplier doesn't pay and costing them money when they have to chase the claim. Perhaps some further controls need to be put in place?

	Wont ever use this company again, only purchased a magazine subscription through them due to the cashback, it tracked ok and always showed, until it moved to payable where it turned to zero cashback. I tried to submit a missing claim, but it now shows no available codes at time of purchase so unable to submit, that was not true, very disappointed.

	Awful. I won't receive cashback, even though it's logged in the system as me visiting the site at the time that I actually bought something (magazinesdirect's fault, not topcashback's). Also, despite ordering a monthly magazine on December 21st, I won't receive it until March!! I often use TCB and other similar sites, but this has really left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid!

	Total con artist! Cb tracked @ £5.05 but now showing as 0.00. & yuo can't even chase them. Please TCB, stop using such uncooperative and deceiving merchants - only brings you down too. Extremely disappointed with this merchant.

	I have now put around £100 of mag subscriptions through TCB and Magazinesdirect over the last few years. Of the four subscriptions this represented only one has actually tracked and been paid. None of my last three have even made it to tracking stage so I would suggest that you use this merchant with extreme caution. Also, the fact that TCB dont allow any queries for this merchant is frankly ridiculous.

	I took out a sub to Marie claire and In Style mag. Cashback tracked fast but fast foward 3months and the cashback has been declined. Load of rubbish. Will NEVER use again.

	Magazines Direct are con merchants with regards to Cashback. Just do not pay it and a claim is not allowed. Should be done for trades deescription!

	Good price for the magazine subscription and cashback tracked quickly but soon changed to zero. You won't get the cashback so only use if you get the cheapest subscription quote for your magazine!

	Cashback tracked but after a few weeks Magazines Direct has declined my cashback without a reason. Topcashback can't investigate as Magazines Direct do not accept missing cashback claims. I have followed the merchamt notes and received the product I paid for, so why my cashback has been declined? Will not use Magazines Direct again and do not recommend.

	I took out 2 separate subscriptions through this company expecting to get £5.05 on each one. When no cash back appeared in my account I tried to submit a missing cash back claim but it wouldn't let me. When I queried this with topcashback they just said I couldn't claim as it was in magazines direct's t&cs that they didn't accept missing cash back claims. The cash back for this company should be removed as it's a con. I could accept if it happened once, but twice - c'mon!! Not a happy bunny! :-(

	Tracked quickly at £5.05, then disappeared, 8 months of chasing, claim finally denied even though it now shows £1.14 claimable. Topcashback did what they could but won't use Magazines Direct again.

	DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT - my cashback (£5) tracked and then was declined. Apparently Magazines Direct 'do not look into missing cashback' a sneaky way of them getting you to buy from them and then with drawing offer. Top cashback should remove then from the site

	It didn't track, I tried to contact customer service to ask them to fix it and now been told that they can't submit missing cashback claims for this merchant! Then really what is the point of using them??? Don't use them you won't get the cashback!
