2 years in a row we've bought from LV. Both times cashback tracked immediately, but got declined 3 months later. No obvious reasons and no means of chasing up after the 100-day limit. Has anyone ever got a cashback actually paid out from this merchant?

Cashback tracked and after almost 6 months, was declined, no reason given yet it was tracked and the policy is still in use. All very odd...
Then, as it was declined outside of 100 days, the re-submit a claim must be within 100 days anyway, so I lost out anyway. Not happy. Have contacted TC and will let you know their response.

£20 cashback for car insurance in Feb 12, . Transaction tracked speedily but payment refused , over the 100 days so can't challenge!!. Poor service

Awful experience, tracked early January, transaction declined yesterday after 6 months of waiting, unable to claim as its over 100 days old now, maybe the delay is deliberate?? My purchase was genuine and the policy is still valid! LV are scam, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Have tried 6 times to process a quote and although this isn't a problem, if you actually want to buy it, it keeps going to an error page. The agent informed me this was happening to a lot of people at the moment and offered to process the policy over the phone. Don't do this, as you won't get any cashback and LV will keep it! Hopefully, they will sort it out before my policy expires!

Purchased a policy from this merchant in Dec 2011. Cashback initially tracked at £10.10, then disappeared like many other reviews said. Had to chase thru Topcashback. Nothing happened until recently so I sent an enquiry on 5 Jun. TCB replied that LV declined my cashback because “Another marketing channel was credited with the sale”. According to TCB, this suggests that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc. may have become directly or indirectly associated with this transaction. Which I know for sure is not true, because I ALWAYS clear cookies not once but several times before making any purchase and then go on making a transaction immediately and wholly. I’m far too familiar with this process to allow any involvement from other entities.
Aprreciated TCB effort, but not impressed with LV cashback service. I saved on LV quote so didn’t have much to lose. Just wanted to say: If your system is not sophisticated enough to properly trace the sales don’t try to make your company more attractive with cashback offers and waste other people’s time.

Initially tracked, then as soon as one hundred days since purchasing car insurance had passed, the cashback went to £0.00 payable. So convenient as you can't submit a claim after one hundred days!!!

Took out my car insurance 4 months ago and as soon as it was arranged my cashback went down to zero. Reported it and Top Cashback chased it but no joy. Will never use LV again!!

My husband's existing insurer quoted very high renewal premium on a performance sports car that does under 4k miles per annum and has tracker fitted - so much for loyalty! LV quoted excellent price (+ cashback as well!)& better policy terms than with previous insurer. Will definitely be getting quote for my car when due to renew.
