As a previous person has commented, I too had the cashback track all the way before being replaced with zero in the payable column. Also, I couldn't claim because it was then over 100 days old! My advice, don't hold out much hope with getting the cashback from this merchant!

After waiting for months, the cashback payable was then reduced to £0.00. Tried to raise a complaint but guess what? It was then over 100 days so I was too late. I might be a little cynical here but it seems that if they delay payment for almost 100 days, and then cancel it, there is nothing you can do to get your money. Not good.

Much like a lot of other people, this tracked, but then went to '0.00'.
The feedback from topcashback was that the merchant couldn't link the cashback to the policy - but this is clearly not the truth or it wouldn't have even registered in the first place.
Very poor show by LV.

Bought 2 separate car insurance policies a couple of months apart. It's over 6 months since both and the cashback is still showing on my account but we've never received it.
Judging by the comments here we are one of many others and it's high time TopCashBack removed this retailer from the offers. In fact they are breaching trade descriptions if cashback is not being paid.

Back to March this year, I bought my car insurance from Liverpool Victoria, cash back show £10 and confirmed, and July 2011 bought my second car insurance at Liver Victoria again, also £10.10 cash back, both show in my account, but few day later the first cash back disappear for no reason.

4 months since purchase and still not confirmed. Will not use cashback again, because it has become very hit and miss. Next time I will ignore cashback and go for the cheapest. Topcashback want to be very careful, because lots of people are unhappy, and nothing improves
