Had to wait 5 months for cash back after submitting missing claim through TCB, but £25 was worth the wait. Thanks TCB. Note for future purchasers - You may be required to send a copy of the vehicle reg document to prove address of self, partner etc. Make sure you have these to hand to help expedite purchase. Other than that, would deal with them again. :-)

LV just declined my cashback without offering any reason. They also declined the cashback more than 100 days after the claim so it was impossible to raise a claim. Would definitely stay away from them. AWFUL!

The cashback was held in 'pending' for several weeks before moving straight to 'declined'
I had to open up a case and after several weeks the cashback became 'payable'
A dreadful experience and I cannot recommend this merchant.

I saw £25.25 shown as an exclusive offer and aware that in the past LV had offered reasonable quotes on my car insurance. I clicked through and the on-line application process went smooth and the resulting advertised premium was lower than my renewal with another major insurance company and so I accepted and thought the £25.25 was a good bonus and was shown as time limited too. However whilst it tracked and showed on my cashback account promptly I was disappointed to see it was for only only £20.20.
I have put in a claim for the £5 and will wait and see. Good quote though and the cashback even at the £20 is a bonus.

LV are supposed to have great Customer Service, and while this might have been true historically I think they may have become victims of their own success. My dealings with them recently during a car insurance claim suggests there are a few good people working there but a lot of people with no clue and lots of departments that don't talk to each other. Avoid!

LV refused to payout despite my proving that I had taken out a policy, it took them more than a year from my lodging the claim to finally responsed.

I was a bit wary about using LV for cashback because there were mixed reviews, I was unfortunate as I did not get my cashback!!! One member said that it will go on for a year and the be too late, my query lasted for a full 13 months and now they say I cannot get my cashback. SO BEWARE!!

I have waited a year, been fobbed off and now told I will not be getting any cashback as it is not guaranteed DESPITE fulfilling all of the criteria.
Beginning to think Topcashback is a total con; especially for anything over a tenner.

Purchased car insurance in Dec 2011. Cashback shown as pending ever since, until yesterday it suddenly changed to GBP0.00 as confirmed ammount. The transaction was over 6 months ago so I couldn't file a missing claim ticket. Nowhere to know the reason for declining my cashback claim. Will never use them again

I had a problem with the LV website and had to speak to customer services as it wouldn't allow me to take out my insurance. Doing this with the call centre could have meant I wouldn't get cashback, but they assured me they could do this manually. Having had a couple of emails from the lady who dealt with cashback, it arrived in my account a couple of days later and has since been paid out a few weeks later. Impressed with customer services and the insurance was cheaper as well! Would use them again for other insurance (and have!).
