Will not be using LV= again as my car insurance provider as they have not paid my cashback nor given a reason for not doing so. As my wife also has her car insurance through LV= they will be losing another customer as well.

Purchased two car insurance policies through TopCashback with should have paid £25.00 per policy, it showed on my account straight away but then got rejected 3 months later, I logged a claim but was told after several weeks was told this had been rejected saying the Transactions annot be traced! I have used TopCashback for several years when renewing my car insurance and this is the only company that haven't paid.....I would avoid if you expect to get cashback from them!!

Tried many others but found LV to be the best for value. To get cashback makes it an even better deal, I will certainly try LV for my house and buildings insurance when due, and hope that the quote will be just as good for value.

Out of 3 insurance policy purchases, LV only paid out on one of the policies. My last missing cachback claim took 9 months to be rejected by them. I would advise not to bother if the cashback is the only deciding factor in you purchasing insurance from LV! However, overall LV are a good insurance company to deal with.

This merchant approved my Cashback for a car insurance about one year ago but it never moved to payable They eventually paid out on a second car polcy I took out recently but the earlier Cashback was deducted with no explanation. I have now had to submit a claim for the missing vashback. The time delay is unacceptable

We have mixed feelings about this merchant. I got the cashback as offered when I took out house insurance. However, when we bought car insurance for my wife, they declined our cashback claim without any explanation.
