Booked with Lufthansa via Topcashback, however, company declined TCB payment stating that TCB was not the last referral, however, this was definitely not the case just a company not honoring the agreements, Poor show from Luftansa

Cashback which would in any event have been neglible was not paid as "transaction could not be traced". Bizarre that a major international airline cannot keep track of its bookings!

Going through TCB to book tickets with Lufthansa is an absolute waste of time. I am a frequent flyer and have eight declined transactions. After lodging tickets with TCB, they have come back with: they cannot trace the transaction through TCB. Don't waste your time. Transaction does track quickly, but will get declined, and I can tell you that it will be declined with 100% certainty. This is my experience.

Reasonable amount & timescales. Can't be withdrawn as Avios, which your aren't told until you come to may a payout.

Cashback was tracked as soon as tickets were booked. After travel the cashback was rejected. Unreliable.

Got nothing for my last ticket :/ Claim was rejected as they stated that my booking code was invalid, and that's after actually taking the flight.

My first (and only, so far) failed transaction on this site after dozens of successful ones. ''Transaction cannot be traced'' is the explanation, although I did exactly the same as with transactions with other companies.

Shame that the cashback is only on the basic ticket price, not on the taxes and fees etc. Other than that, a great merchant. Cashback tracked right away and was payable in just under 7 weeks.

Don't expect to receive your cashback from this lot! Been on the flight I booked and came back. No problems at all with the booking, but they claim I cancelled my trip. I did not!

Cashback tracked but then declined. Their explanation was that the order was cancelled which is untrue. Don't bother with them. Just book flights through other sites that demonstrate a more reliable cashback payment.

Cashback did not track, manual claim raised which was declined by Lufthansa after 9 months. It's a tiny amount on offer, but why bother offering if you won't pay out?

Cashback never tracks. I have booked almost a dozen flight with Lufthansa via topcashback and I probably have received cash back for 1 or 2 flights. Rather book with alternate agents and get cashback.

Terrible experience, reported missing claim Topcashback initially reported they had now acknowledged the cashback but tracked as £0.00 re-opened ticket and now they are saying that they have found the transaction but could not identify was as a result of Topcashback! Have other issues regarding them changing the flight schedules too.
