Every time I book this airline, it never tracks and I ALWAYS clear cookies before signing onto Top before proceeding. Then, a manual claim goes in, which is definitely handled well by Top. Their amount of cashback is measly anyway. Good airline overall, but shame getting cashback is never straightforward with them.
On previous manually claimed cashback, Top had to keep going back to them as they would not respond to comms from Top.
Nothing to do with Top....Top, we love you, just not Lufthansa for their slow cashback service :)

Small cashback which was tracked and paid promptly on several occassions. Top service from customer services. They have paid for two nights hotel accommodation in Munich when Heathrow closed due to severe weather conditions in December. I had to wait a couple of months for a response but they have made up for that. Nice result and a Happy customer.

Shame that the cashback is only on the basic ticket price, not on the taxes and fees etc. Other than that, a great merchant. Cashback tracked right away and was payable in just under 7 weeks.

I was a bit shocked to find only £7 in my cashback when I had been expecting about £27 until I realised that you don't get cashback on taxes and fuel supplements, just on the basic fare.
Buyers beware!!
Having said that, it's nice to get anything back!

Having paid £220 for a ticket, got less than a pound cashback. I know, no cashback on taxes and fees, but this effectively makes cashback 1/4th of advertised. On a positive side though - got it really quickly.
