Terrible experience, reported missing claim Topcashback initially reported they had now acknowledged the cashback but tracked as £0.00 re-opened ticket and now they are saying that they have found the transaction but could not identify was as a result of Topcashback! Have other issues regarding them changing the flight schedules too.

Tracked ok but then was declined for no apparent reason. Set up missing cashback claim and still not received anything just saying waiting for merchant so not holding out much hope :(

Two major transactions done in the last 6 months, both are declined for cashback by Lufthansa WITHOUT reason given!
Hence their "cashback" is just a joke/lie!
don't bother buying from their website, you can bay their tickets via OPODO and WILL receive proper cashback (prices on opodo are the same or mayby 1-2 pounds more than on Lufthansa website, but they are very good in cashback!)

I have booked several flights from Lufthansa through TopCashBack. All Cashback has tracked ok but was set to 0.00Gbp payable after I had taken the flights with no reason given.
The same happened with other airlines from TopCashBack.
I`m now waiting for an update from Lufthansa customer services but I don^t expect this to be quick.
Either the conditions of the cashback should be updated to explain why the cashback is not elligable or these merchants should be removed.

Bought tickets (over £600) twice from their website. Did not receive the first cash back! and now my second did not even appear, so will have to claim it manually so not sure if I will get anything this time.
good company but if you state you give cahsback then please do otherwise why disappoint your clients???

This merchant repeatedly rejects the cashback claim . I have checked carefully that U have fulfilled the conditions. given the small percentage cashback (on the fare net of taxes/fees) it is not worth the time chasing up

I bought two tickets with Lufthansa via topcashback, each ticket for excess of £1000 on two consecutive and entirely separate occasions. Neither transaction was tracked and after making respective claims it shortly appeared on my account to very quickly be refused.
Also had awful experience during both trips at Frankfurt airport transferred around the airport in a crowded bus. Never again, next time only option will be British Airways!

Terrible - after FIVE months of communication after having to manually track it, Lufthansa are still refusing to acknowledge the claim. Don't know why they bother signing up with TCB if this is the case!

Pretty poor. Purchased a couple months ago and it didn't track. Made a manual claim and am still waiting for it to track despite two nudges in the interim. God knows how long it will take to actually become payable!

Paid over £1600 for flights and after one year and many nudges have not received a penny in cashback
Lufthansa is one of the few merchants I have used on TC who never payed up- Shame on you!!!

Commission based on the base fare which can be quite small (the cost before fuel surcharges, before credit card fees, before passenger service charges, before air passenger duty tax, before booking fees).

Hmm. Tracked quickly but due to our friendly neighbourhood volcano in Iceland, I had to cancel, so may not get beyond this stage, but they were great about it, so I'd recommend them anyway.
