No cashback tracked. Have raised manual claim but not expecting much based on other user comments. However would say that I very much enjoy Lufthansa and their service.

Normally no problems with tracking. In one occasion could not track and still have not seen any claims after a year.

Cash back tracked no problem at all, flights costs £168, so thought I would get at least £3, where in fact I got 46p, it tracks the flight costs and not the total cost that I paid. Not very impressed

If you ask me Lufthansa is hopeless.Top had to chase up cashback 3 times - Lufthansa came back to say the trip was cancelled.....Nothing was cancelled!! The flights were taken....I even have the passengers sat in front of me as I write!!! I give Lufthansa the lowest most rotten rating for not delivering the cashback they should....this has gone on long enough with their rotten procedure not to follow cashback. I would question that they are with Topcashback for free advertising. Hope other members have more luck than me!

Convieniently failed to track the higher value of the 2 bookings I made. Second cheaper booking went through very smoothly.

Cashback tracked but then declined. Their explanation was that the order was cancelled which is untrue. Don't bother with them. Just book flights through other sites that demonstrate a more reliable cashback payment.

Cashback never tracks. I have booked almost a dozen flight with Lufthansa via topcashback and I probably have received cash back for 1 or 2 flights. Rather book with alternate agents and get cashback.

Cashback refused by merchant despite booking flights through TCB following correct TCB procedure exactly. Would not book with Lufthansa for the cashback but would use again if flights were good price.

Didn't track so I submitted a manual claim form. Transaction eventually went through as Cashback: ZERO as it had been rejected by Lufthansa. Won't be using again :(

My purchase initially tracked, then after a few weeks moved to decline. Customer service ticket raised and still refused to pay out.

Good airline, crap at cashback
I fly regularly, using Lufthansa as I'm going to Germany. The airline are usually fine. But despite always going through TCB, and not doing any of the things you aren't supposed to, I've had 90%+ of my claims denied - usually because they can't identify that TCB was the last channel of the sale. Which is rubbish as I click through and book the flight. The cashback is always for a small amount so it is an annoyance more than anything else. But it *is* annoying.

Retailer denied cashback despite the click being tracked and the booking made.
Avoid, you'll not get the benefit of it.

Rejected a legitimate claim
They falsely refjected the claim by feedback of using "another marketing channel". It looks like a gimmick for cashback when they don't have any intensions of honoring legitimate cashback.

Never received any cashback
booked 7 flights via top cash back. Never tracked any transactions and all claims have been declined for unknown reasons. Never use them again.
