Waiting 7 months for cash back & getting some rubbish as 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale’. Both Lego & TopCashBack customer service are rubbish- as usual when an issue occurs!

I ordered the Lego for Xmas, went on topcashback very quickly but then hasn't moved from confirmed. It should have been paid out in December but I am still waiting.

I purchased an item from Lego in November, my Cashback reward was supposed to have been payable by the end of December, it is now February and they haven't gotten around to sending it yet. I don't know if it's the Christmas rush affecting such things, but I'm not pleased with having to wait so long. This will probably affect the likelihood of my purchasing from Lego again through this system. I have no complaints with the purchase itself or the product, and had no experience with the customer service to rate, but I am disappointed in their slowness with the cashback reward.

Cashback refused
I've never got cashback from Lego to work, always the excuse that the tracking cookie isn't complete or something. Very annoying as I spend a lot of £££ on their website (maybe that's the reason).

I had 3 cashback pay-outs declined for no reason, and Top cashback were good enough to reimburse me 2 of the payments i have been waiting over 3 months for approval on the last one that tracked

Made a large (£250+) purchase directly through the Lego store without the use of any discount codes, and the merchant simply refused to pay cashback without giving any justification. Very disappointing from a company that prides itself on customer service.

Don't expect cashback from these scammers
Yet again, my Lego order didn't track. When claim submitted Lego say I used a voucher or didn't go through TCB as the last referrer. I spent over £200 expecting £17 cashback, but Lego will use any excuse not to pay. Don't think I'll buy anything else thru Lego, I'll get it from Argos instead, they actually pay out!

Didn't track and then declined as non commissionable
Transaction didn't track so claim started which after months came back as non commissionale but NO voucher was used and all was full price. Can only assume it was something to do with free gifts on spend or something they make up. Won't be buying from Lego again though as its far cheaper elsewhere anyway.

Never had a Lego order track on TopCashBack
I've placed multiple orders and never had an order track, not a single penny paid. Yet all other retailers I've used via TCB have worked fine. Always have a completely new browser session, no old cookies, no ad/cookie blockers, privacy protection settings at their lowest, everything that I do for other retailers that work fine, but with Lego it's simply not resulting in any transactions tracking. Because of that, it's 1 star. Lego as a product though 5 star.

Having previously bought straight from the Lego website, I've recently used Topcashback twice for Lego and hasn't tracked on either occasion. Not impressed!

If you get it, it's great.
Have purchased nine times from Lego.com since I joined TopCashback and on every occasion I've had to file a missing cashback report. The first three of which were resolved successfully, but the final six have all come back as "non-commissionable", despite me not having done any of the things suggested by TopCashback. In fact I had even tried using the mobile site and TopCashback app to improve my chances of claims tracking, all to no avail. And when I asked for clarification from TopCashback about this on the fifth occasion, rather than disputing this any further with Lego.com, they simply paid the cashback as a gesture of goodwill, which while appreciated, does not appear to have solved the issue, as the next transaction came back with the same "non-commissionable" response. Indeed looking at the reviews it would seem I'm not the only one to have issues with Lego.com. So whilst the level of cashback is great if you get it, if you have any issues with Lego.com it's best to avoid as they almost seem to blacklist you and continually avoid paying out.

Lego are a terrible merchant on here, and feels like they are gaming the system. Every time I purchase firstly I clear cookies, use no promo codes, purchase straight away after clicking through, etc. but always get the cashback declined. Every other company pays up and I have no issues with any other cashback - only Lego. They need to be kicked off or investigated. Terrible service. My next stop is complaining directly to Lego...

Transactions with the Lego store never track, unlock my other purchases with TCB. Manual claims are always rejected by Lego for no good reason. This store needs removing from TCB

Followed the steps correctly - cashback didn't show - lodged a claim - and was denied even with proof of purchase, invoice numbers etc. Won't be using them again directly.

For some reason it no longer tracks the cashback, and each time I raise a missing cashback claim, their default response is the order is a non-commissionable order which makes no sense.
