	A difficult website to get around, especially since it keeps sending you to the American site whenever you try to search something, and the products could be bought elsewhere cheaper, but great when you're trying to complete a collection.

	Hit n miss. I've had an outstanding amount for absolutely ages, other times it has come through quickly and yet others can take a while but does eventually show up.

	Would be nice if Lego.com paid out more regularly - still waiting for payments from November 2017 - when will they pay out. Seems pointless offering Cashback and then do not pay out.

	Looks like Lego don't pay cash back on the VAT. Ordered twice in last month, lodged claim for 1st cash back, which is still to track. Second purchase has tracked, but at net of VAT amount. All cash back a bonus though. Happy with products.

	Hi Love the Lego store, but very disappointed I had to chase the cashback on 2 occassions and then didn't get what was offered. Could not be bothered wasting time chasing for the pound less they gave back just disappointed with them. You should always give what you offer.

	Always feel free to have a no vote for customer service but that's a good thing when you don't have to use it! Cash back a little slow to come through but hey, everything tracking OK and the delervies made it through the snow!

	Didn't pay the advertised percentage cash back. Then they paid an additional amount after I filled in a claim but it was still incorrect so I gave up.
