	Waiting 7 months for cash back & getting some rubbish as 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale’. Both Lego & TopCashBack customer service are rubbish- as usual when an issue occurs!

	terrible service from lego re cashback. took from nov 2011 until april 2013 for them to finally decide not to pay cashback (no reason given) on goods of £120. be wary of getting cashback by using lego direct through tcb !!

	Have tried several times over a couple of days to checkout and make a purchase, however there is no secure way of doing so. Customer services were unable to assist over the telephone and technical services were 'unaware of any problems'. Useless!

	Now four months after estimated payment date (several more since purchase) and not a whiff of cashback. Won't be buying direct from Lego again (despite them flooding my letterbox with paper catalogues!)

	Looks like Lego don't pay cash back on the VAT. Ordered twice in last month, lodged claim for 1st cash back, which is still to track. Second purchase has tracked, but at net of VAT amount. All cash back a bonus though. Happy with products.

	Hi Love the Lego store, but very disappointed I had to chase the cashback on 2 occassions and then didn't get what was offered. Could not be bothered wasting time chasing for the pound less they gave back just disappointed with them. You should always give what you offer.

	Cashback did not track correctly, but after contacting TCB they resolved this and paid the correct amount.

	I don't seem to have any luck with Lego. First purchase early in the year failed to track and claim was unsuccessful. Second purchase has so far not tracked either, so I'm not holding my breath!

	TERRIBLE, JUST TERRIBLE, YOU ORDER 6 MONTHS LATER AFTER SUBMITTING A MISSING CASH BACK, LEGO STATE MY ORDER NUMBER DOES NOT EXSIST EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IT IN BLACK AND WHITE WHAT THEY SENT ME!!!! £14 DOWN IN EXPECTED CASHBACK, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, DO NOT TRUST LEGO, NEVER BUY FROM THEM, BUY ELSEWHERE, PURE LIERS!!!!
