Lego are great but their cashback payout is terrible. Like many others I am still waiting for cashback from Oct/Nov 2017 including £24.99 from the Taj Mahal purchase. I have had a couple from Dec and a couple from March paid that were only small amounts, but still have 8 pending. Customer Services just say that if it is still pending it will eventually come through. Lego should not be offering cashback, particularly bonus offers, if they are not going to honour them.

Still waiting for my cashback after 7 months. Keep on getting the same generic response from Topcashback customer support as well. After purchasing Lego Taj Mahal, you would have expected that they honour the cashback that seemingly is advertised. It's still pending 7months on.

Like others I'm still waiting for cash back from Oct 17 for a large order. Strangely I've been paid out for a small order from Nov 17 which was a month after my big order. Looks like someone doesnt want to pay cashback on high value orders.

Expecting 100% cashback for new and exclusive member deal but both the transaction amount recorded and the cashback record were incorrect. Customer service advised an uplift will be made on 22 May but nothing was adjusted afterwards.

Ordered November 2012, no cashback tracking so started a claim. August 2013 all I get is - 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale’. So no cashback,VERY disappointed with Lego and TCB.

terrible service from lego re cashback. took from nov 2011 until april 2013 for them to finally decide not to pay cashback (no reason given) on goods of £120. be wary of getting cashback by using lego direct through tcb !!

Have tried several times over a couple of days to checkout and make a purchase, however there is no secure way of doing so. Customer services were unable to assist over the telephone and technical services were 'unaware of any problems'. Useless!

I don't seem to have any luck with Lego. First purchase early in the year failed to track and claim was unsuccessful. Second purchase has so far not tracked either, so I'm not holding my breath!
