I ordered the Lego for Xmas, went on topcashback very quickly but then hasn't moved from confirmed. It should have been paid out in December but I am still waiting.

I purchased an item from Lego in November, my Cashback reward was supposed to have been payable by the end of December, it is now February and they haven't gotten around to sending it yet. I don't know if it's the Christmas rush affecting such things, but I'm not pleased with having to wait so long. This will probably affect the likelihood of my purchasing from Lego again through this system. I have no complaints with the purchase itself or the product, and had no experience with the customer service to rate, but I am disappointed in their slowness with the cashback reward.

Fantastic delivery was very quick, product better than expected. Tracked order same day and 8 wks for confirmation of purchase roughly. Very good merchant will use them more.

A difficult website to get around, especially since it keeps sending you to the American site whenever you try to search something, and the products could be bought elsewhere cheaper, but great when you're trying to complete a collection.

Always feel free to have a no vote for customer service but that's a good thing when you don't have to use it! Cash back a little slow to come through but hey, everything tracking OK and the delervies made it through the snow!

I've always bought direct from Lego for some time, due to their service and price of some new items. Communication very good. So, I was pleased to see TCB offering some cashback. It took about 4 days to show as pending, nice amount of cashback.
