Bought a home policy on November 28, 2013, yes 2013. Bought it due to what appeared to be the excellent cashback. Didn't appear initially as tracked, so I raised a ticket. Nothing much has happened since apart from a fairly regular "nudge" on my part. As the nudges didn't work, I assume L&G are comatose. I should have looked at the tracking stats first - average payment takes nearly 9 MONTHS!! I could have moved house in that period. Can't blame Topcashback, as they are dependant on the retailer's effeciency in processing claims. In this case, L&G place a higher priority on home insurance claims than cashback claims, or I hope they do. It would heklp if a higher profile were given to retailer's payment periods. L&G are certainly not on my "would use again" list. Bad experience for me.
