• Delivery

  Whatever you buy with our BrandAlley voucher codes, and however big or small it is, you will be charged a flat rate of £5.95 if you live on the UK mainland and £7.95 if you live in Ireland or the Channel Islands.

  When you make a purchase, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Products usually dispatched within 7-20 working days, while all items in stock in their warehouse will be dispatched to their courier within one working day. If you buy numerous items from one or more of their sales, delivery will be split if certain products become available before others.

  Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent an email containing a link which will allow you to track your parcel. Should it not arrive within five working days of receiving this email, you should contact their customer service team.

  If you are not in when your items are delivered, the courier will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a secure location outside your property. If this is not possible, three delivery attempts will be made before your parcel is returned to the warehouse and you will be issued with a refund, including delivery charges.

• Returns

  Should you change your mind about an item bought using our BrandAlley promo code deals, you can return it unused and in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of delivery by using the returns form included in your parcel (exclusions apply).

  You will have to pay the cost of sending the item back, though if you use the Collect+ service, BrandAlley will deduct £3.50 from your refund to cover the cost of this. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of you posting your return and you will receive an email confirmation when this has been completed.

  If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you should contact the customer service team. If you decide not to use the Collect+ service, meanwhile, you will need to write the returns address on the outside of your parcel, while it is recommended you obtain proof of postage.
