	Travel package Booked a holiday and had to change the booking as made mistake and they were really helpful, the customer service. Also very reliable as had an issue with booking via a different website, this year and never had that before. Also the most generous cashback I've received...thank you.

	Not legitimate Cashback declined after waiting for two months to hear back I checked and saw they said it couldn’t be tracked. I did everything correctly and still have been refused cash back. DO NOT USE if like me you only booked through this provider to get cash back!!!

	Cashback declined In common with many others here, cashback was tracked by TC, but declined by lasminute.com. I have no idea how they get away with that. I won't be buying a holiday through them again, so congratulations lastminute, yet another customer lost due to your penny pinching ways.

	jumping through hoops Booked and paid for two flights up front totalling £1040 in July for November. All the way through this was declined. I put a claim in with Top Cash Back before the flights and was told it was too soon to lodge a claim. Flights came and went, claim submitted again and 7 months after booking its finally been approved but could take a further 12 weeks to pay . Lets see if they do pay out or reject again. all this for £26. Im guessing by other reviews they are just hoping you dont follow up. Ultimately its cost them business as due to lack of trust i used other Apps on my January trip.

	Decline without any reason I booked my flight and the TopCashback tracking worked correctly. I paid the full price and didn’t use any discount codes. However, the cashback was declined without any explanation. What a joke. I’ve never had any issues with TopCashback until this company.
