Flights were booked directly through lastminute for Feb/Mar. In December, the airline altered the flight times, but did not cancel the flights. Lastminute used this as an excuse to decline the claim. Poor service.

Worst company I have ever used on TCB. Refused to pay out on a holiday I booked even though I haven't used any codes, promos etc. Takes nearly a year to reach a decision. They just offer high cashback rates to entice you to buy through them but they have no intention in honouring anything. Will not be using their service again.
