DID NOT HONOUR CASHBACK
I've been a TCB member for over 10 years. I used lastminute.com recently for a family holiday. Part of the reason for selecting them was the cashback offer. I’ve used Expedia many times and never had a problem. I am incredibly frustrated that firstly the cashback did not track (it happens and TCB always respond proactively) and upon raising a ticket it was declined. As we are a family of five the cashback lost was significant. I would caution others to choose a different holiday broker - there are so many. I won’t be using lastminute.com again.

Will find anyway not to pay cashback!
I've used Lastminute.com a new times. Every time they have rejected my cashback saying I had used a discount code. When you have used Topcashback for as many years as I have, have the desktop access site and are very aware they will reject on any incident, you know what you're doing. However, once again they have rejected my cashback and I wont bother using them again. Disappointing that so many companies do this every time.

Very very poor. They lie.
Lastminute.com are liars. They will always go to their maximum to avoid paying up cashback that is due. I have gone through the proper cashback procedure/channel each time I eventually purchased tickets through Lastminute.com. But then they come back months upon months later only to tell lies that the purchase was not made through the cashback site's links. I repeat: They are liars.
Never again will I use this cunning company.

Poor Holiday. Bad Experience. Refused Cashback. Will never buy again
Booked a terrible holiday throught this useless merchant. Holiday was ruined due to contruction at hotel. No help from lastminute.com. Refused compensation. Then refused cashback at topcashback. No explanation. We have complained to ombusdman. Avoid AVOID AVOID #!

Warning: They will use different excuses to cancel your cashback.
If you use any gift cards, which that part won't count as cashback (understandable). They will cancel you whole cashback. Example: £20 - (£5 gift card) = £15 should be counted as cashback. But no, They cancel the cashback for that £15.

Very Good Price Holiday
Booked two Disneyland Paris holidays and received a large amount of topcashback covered our transfers and a few little extras, took a while to payout but worth the wait. Will definitely use Last minute again, very helpful and easy to manage your booking.

Refused legitimate cashback
Booked a hotel stay with Lastminute.com via TopCashback. Complied with all the cashback requirements but purchase did not track and Lastminute.com refused to pay the cashback as they said a voucher code had been used. I hadn't used a voucher code, so will not be using Lastminute.com again, not really a problem as they are rarely cheaper than the other hotel booking sites.
Check their Trustpilot rating. It's 'Poor', 2.5 stars with an amazing 38% of reviewers giving the minimum of 1 star! This really is a company to avoid.

Flights were booked directly through lastminute for Feb/Mar. In December, the airline altered the flight times, but did not cancel the flights. Lastminute used this as an excuse to decline the claim. Poor service.

Worst company I have ever used on TCB. Refused to pay out on a holiday I booked even though I haven't used any codes, promos etc. Takes nearly a year to reach a decision. They just offer high cashback rates to entice you to buy through them but they have no intention in honouring anything. Will not be using their service again.
