Avoid - they decline and give poor customer service
Spend £1700 - they decline for no justifiable reason and top it off the company is very poor when it comes to customer service. Nothing like the original LM.

Decline without any reason
I booked my flight and the TopCashback tracking worked correctly. I paid the full price and didn’t use any discount codes. However, the cashback was declined without any explanation. What a joke. I’ve never had any issues with TopCashback until this company.

Won't honour the cashback and will decline, MONTHS after you're back.
Shameful how they encourage you to buy via TopCashback but then decline the cashback, many (MANY) months after you're back from your holiday and refuse to even explain why. Won't be using them again and advise everyone to either avoid them altogether or just assume you won't get any cashback nor an explanation of why.

Cashback declined.
Booked a £2500 holiday through these was expecting £98 cashback but it didn't track automatically and after submitting a missing cashback claim they have declined my cashback with the message "The purchase made didn't meet the terms of the cashback offer."
No idea what they mean by that as I was paying full price and didn't use any discount codes, I'll avoid using this company in future, just read their reviews and it seems they don't like paying out cashback.

Took a year to approve the cashback!
We booked a holiday through Lastminute in June 2024. The claim didn't show automatically, so we had to make a claim through customer services, which took until late August 2025 for Lastminute to accept after countless nudges! This was after Lastminute had taken our money to have allocated seating on the flights, which then didn't go through. We received a refund for the seat allocations, but had to pay double that amount directly to the airline to get allocated seating. It's nice to have finally got the payout, but never again.

took almost a year to get cashback
Transaction didn't track first off , i had to get customer services involved to get it to track, then after 10 months it finally got updated to payable.
Very disappointing.
Customer services ( at Topcashaback) were helpful
