Over £1,000 order which was “delivered” by Yodel, which it wasn’t. After a frantic phone call to find out where the order was, no follow up until two days later when the order actually arrived. As a new customer, the order also tracked at the lower amount and after two months fighting Topcashback, still hasn’t been increased.

Cashback has been outstanding for over 2 years. Yes 2 years!! Topcashback keep saying that Laithwaites aren't responding but I suspect that yet again it's a failure by topcashback. We're Plus customers but topcashback have even stopped responding to our emails. Probably can't be bothered anymore. Why pay them for Plus membership when they can't be bothered. Will be posting on MSE about plus membership and will be contacting Laithwaites to let them know how topcashback are slurring their name

Tried to redeem rewards points with them. The offers on the website are not honoured, Laithwaite's keep blaming the points partner and no-one cares about honouring an offer.
