Despite never ordering from them before, I only got the standard cashback rather than the enhanced for a new customer. So a bit disappointed with that. The wine was good though.

Laithwaites provide lovely wine and a first class delivery service. I have used them for a number of years with no problem. The payment of cash back is not good however. I nearly always have to lodge a missing claim and on my last 2 orders they have not paid the advertised special rate. Probably nothing to do with Laithwaites
