	Not Good Three successive purchases this year, none tracked, all had to be filed as missed cashback. I finally got the oldest one settled, but I’m waiting for the other two.

	Got cashback eventually but took absolutely ages. Thank you Cashback Tried to buy something online at JL. Couldn't do if so had to phone up as it was showing unavailable on the website. So didn't strictly buy online but they have paid a small amount anyway.

	Slow Had to submit a request to chase payment up , finally received payment for a product i purchased in march/april time ! ( 6 months). z purchased a camera, was price matched but not on any crazy deal or offer so should have been straight forward

	Took way longer than expected, but Paid out in the end Order date was April, expected cashback was July, paid out early Oct. But a payout none the less

	Quality Product but no cashback Love John Lewis and have shopped numerous times over the years but latest purchase of £100 denied even though I supplied purchase order number. Maybe the cookies on the John Lewis Website were not enabled.

	Don't bother with John Lewis Multiple purchases, all of them have been declined by John Lewis. Use other schemes or vouchers to save money rather than Top Cashback.

	John lewis snail pace payout John Lewis need to look at their system for payout's, it took 10 months to pay out £8.29 cashback on a purchase of a microwave, that is way to slow.

	John Lewis is a trusted store I looked for something online that was available with Top Cash Back, and as soon as i found it available through John Lewis I didn't hesitate because I trust them, I have used the store all my life and even when there has been the odd occasion when I have encountered a problem they have sorted it straight away. My cashback came back just as efficiently.

	Top Cashback got there in the end. John Lewis initially rejected the cash back claim for some reason, I appealed the decision and got paid but it was 9 months later.

	Cashback took over 9 months Bought a TV from John Lewis in Nov 2025 through Topcashback site. It was a straightforward process. Kept chasing for cashback a couple of times. Finally got the cashback in Aug 2025. If you can set expectations about timelines the process would have been much Morr better. Other than that enjoying a very nice TV.
