	Don't bother Don't waste your time trying to obtain cachback from John Lewis - it doesn't track properly, and then (after ages) gets declined for no reason. This has happened multiple times for different categories...again, don't bother.

	Paid after missing cashback claim This did not track initially. Raised a missing cashback ticket and it was then listed and paid around 3 months after purchase.

	Never knowingly pay cashback Bought £544 item. Showing as tracked but £0.00 cash back. Claim raised. Why do TCB continue with this firm ? The reviews say it all.

	Not able to change delivery address within 24hrs - Aug 25 I made an order for a washing machine after moving house. I realised within 24 hours that my order had mistakenly used my old address. I phoned John Lewis and their rather abrupt (yes foreign) customer services person just told me bluntly "we can not change your address'. She did not offer me the option to cancel and re-make the order, I had to ask whether that was possible myself. Curt, blunt, not a great experience. Am now having to re-order, online. August 2025

	Tracked at nil, paid at nil, what is the point? Did not get cashback on this purchase, disappointing. One thing to have it rejected but why was it tracked at £0.00?

	greedy. avoid. never pays cashback John Lewis never pays cashback. I’ve bought many things, but even 1% isn’t paid. They’re greedy.

	Great experience! Use JL regularly and always click through TC, the majority of my cashback is paid. The only times it's been declined is when I've returned part of the order (eg when I buy several dresses and return a couple). So I've now started doing smaller orders to keep in with the free delivery at JL and lose less with the cashback for the items I do keep.

	Denied Cash Back I did not receive any cash back and it appears that it has been denied. Purchased an iPhone 16 with an offer of £50 cash back and the claim has been denied, was it a scam or false advertising I am unsure. Do not recommend John Lewis for offers as they seem to refute them. Will not return in a hurry and spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

	No cashback, again No explanation. No reason. I know what I'm doing and use a 'clean' browser for cashback. Always gets declined. TopCashback no help as always. JL don't care either.

	John Lewis Should not be on here I am fortunate enough to buy a lot from John Lewis, but on every occasion I have to submit a missing cash back claim as my purchase never seems to track. Other retailers that I use, track no problem at all. It seems to be a hassle to claim cashback. Perhaps that’s what they want - you to give up so cash back doesn’t get paid out. John Lewis - if you don’t want to pay out the cash back, remove yourself from here.

	Low cashback rate and takes long...time to get it John Lewis offers low cashback rate, and it takes more than 3 months to get cash back. Other retailers much quicker.

	Poor Had 4% cashback due on a £2k purchase..£80. Declined after investigating…despite being tracked. Obviously all the small purchases…no problem! 50p, £1 or £2. I don’t bother anymore.
