Bought in April. In July, still no record of the transaction, let alone payment. Have followed up on multiple occasions.

Although i went through TC for some reason my claim was refused,TC did very little to help and i'm convinced it is a con between the retailer and TC to allow some claims not to show.Both TC and JL are pretty useless and i wouldn't recommend either of them.

Still no payment from November 2017 until now April 2018. Service was shocking. Lost internet for 3 weeks and had to switch and charged £150 for leaving. Avoid Avoid Avoid

had to fight to get the cashback as it seem despite my email being used for the registration off broadband the incompetent marketing team could'nt find me and did not want to honour the deal. I had the chase up and badger Topcashback who did not seem to care about the claim. I then gave the John Lewis account number which is attributed with my Topcashback email and low and behold I was then found as a customer. This was paid out finally 4.5 months after I joined.

I signed up yesterday and when i when i went through to-cash back i got a message that it has been recorded but after signing up with john lewis broadband and paying my £32.50, I still haven't received any information about my cash back in my account. Hence I am going to cancel my service with john lewis broadband!

When I took out the order, my cash back amount was £55.50. This has been changed to £50. In addition, John Lewis has declined my cash back for no reason.
