I received the cash back in around four weeks which is brilliant. Add to that great value broadband and service, and no discernible drop in quality, either in broadband speed or reliability, after leaving BT, and I'm very pleased.

The broadband was great at a good price, no price increases during the contract where all other suppliers seem to increase them. Don't rely on the cashback as I never got a penny and Topcashback was pretty hopeless chasing them up over a year. I never even got an explanation of why I was not getting a reason for refusal after saying they would try to get this. Disapointed with Topcashback leaving this to go on for a year and then say its been too long for them to challenge the decision.

Firstly the cashback didn't track. The lodged missing cashback claim still hasn't been resolved after several weeks. The initial payment was taken, but then the set up process seemed to come to a halt. After several weeks I thought enough was enough. I emailed and they were prompt in replying but decided to take a refund and try elsewhere.

Never try their broadband. They use a cheap router and you have to change the channels regularly to make it work. We always have drops in our internet upto an hour long, and when i ring their technical dept they say that it is expected to have at least 3 or 4 drops every 3 days, ive never had that with Sky or anyone else. We spend over £130 a week with Waitrose shopping and buy clothes and electricals from John Lewis, and when we said we would cancel all those weekly orders for the sake of a £100 cancellation fee, the person said, i have the ability to remove the cancellation charge, but i wont do it, even though he knew they would loose £6-8000 a year in shopping. What a joke. We are taking it further so i would let you know what his managers say about loosing £8000 a year for the brand to keep £100 in his department.

Disastrous! First their billing platform went down for 4 days so could not complete my account without payment details. Could not set my username and password as a result of their tech failures. Took 4 months for cashback to come through. Still no sign of John Lewis voucher as promised on the sign up. If I could give 0 stars I would

As like others, cashback not awarded, PLusnet/John Lewis say TCB weren't the last referrer, if so ho come it came up as a legitimate referral on my history when I had to do a manual claim? Con artists.

Dont rely on this merchant for cahback, failed to track, failed in challenge for a missing cashback, I had cleared browsing and cookies prior to purchase, but still declined. Unfortunately I have signed up for a 12 month deal, but will be leaving promptly at the end of contract, as their are ongoing problems with security system offered by the broadband provider, so far not resolved.

Dishonest company, not John Lewis, this is Plusnet - they didn't honour my cashback. TCB didn't help either, now I am in a 12 month contract and NO cashback! Don't opt for this, go elsewhere!!!!

Website may bomb out just before sign up (Around the dd form and the cashback then won't get tracked). You will then find that the claim for the purchase will be rejected!!! Happened to MANY MANY MANY people so be warned pick someone else!!! It's god dam slow as hell too!
