	Although the cashback amount is good if buying jewellery please use another seller trying to get the cash back from this merchant was trying to get blood from a stone. Great items but poor service by greed jewellers. Great service from top cash back.

	excellent service, however it never tracked, put in manual claim and nothing so far, spent £150, if it tracks then I will buy the rest of my items

	The tracking and cashback was great. The engraving was terrible, when I tried to complain and make changes, the customer service was awful.

	Merchant refused cashback stating I did not go through Top Cashback when in fact it's the only way I ever visited their site. I think it is another merchant that uses the public to shop from their site with a promise of cashback and then declines. Very annoyed.

	Ordered Xmas pressie 25th Nov, retailer weren't prepared to accept as missing in post until 17th Dec - and then couldn't send replacement as "out of stock". Customer Services polite & professional, but overall a big let down. Won't be using again.

	No disclaimer about Pandora products at time of purchase, then months later it tracks as £0. Only bought from them on the basis of potential cash back, got let down so won't use them again.

	In addition to my previous comment. This merchant did not provide me with the appropriate pandora boxes (well not all of them) and pandora bags as was shown on their web site. I got their own branded bags and boxes instead - they said they ran out of pandora boxes. How helpful that is?

	I made a large purchase of pandora jewellery (about £800) just because they offered a 12% cash back. At the time of purchase there were no disclaimers that they will not pay cash back on pandora, it appeared just recently, hence I ordered. Had troubles with their web site as it does not allow to use a credit card not registered in the country where you want the product to be delivered ( in my case the delivery was to the UK address , but the card registered to the address outside of the UK). Lots of hassle with that, sorted at the end. But why would I buy from them again if they don't pay the promissed cashback. Would not buy and would not recommend them.

	Awful !! I bought 2 lots of pandora before they decided not to pay out on Pandora, they have now cancelled one of my £11 cash back transactions saying they don't offer cash back on Pandora. I ordered BEFORE they decided to change their terms regarding Pandora purchases. I have spent over £350 and will never ever go back because of this rip off!!!

	Cashback got adjusted to zero! Didn't use any discount codes that may have invalidated it so don't know why this was! If you want Pandora I recommend using Argento.

	I brought a Pandora bracelet and no cashback was tracked, so I put in a claim however they have come back saying my cashback has been declined due to 'other marketing reasons' although I did not use any promotion codes or anything!! Could of got £5.40 cashback, will be going elsewhere next time who pays the cashback.

	I think their switch to stopping cashback for Pandora has been the reason why my purchase from 10 months ago which didn't originally get paid is still held in limbo! I suspect I'll never it the cashback now!

	Cashback never tracked, put in a claim and have been waiting months. Retailer has now declined cashback... would have been nice to have been told Pandora products were excluded from cashback at the start. No issues with TCB and I know cashback is never guaranteed but feel a little cheated with this retailer.......

	Two purchases now and both cashback claims had to be submitted manually. Latest one did not pay out due to it being on Pandora items although this policy was not in place when I made the purchase!? Very poor, wont be buying from them again.

	purchased two beads for family members in October 2012 at a brilliant cash back percentage of 10.1%. Sadly after my cash back amount of £0.00 and having to go through the correction process, I am now in June where its been confirmed correctly now for over a month but I still cannot get it paid to me. I would just rather go to a shop to buy the beads in the future on a cash back credit card rather than wait around for much longer!

	BEWARE ! Cashback originally tracks as OK, but soon changes to 0.00 if the item purchased is a pandora item. This is not clearly advertised and as such you may feel (like me) a little conned by the situation. Avoid if you are buying Pandora items and expecting cashback

	I have read the reviews now and was not aware that this company does not do cashback for Pandora- I assumed it did- but should have checked the small print!!! So try somewhere else. Also my charm has arrived quickly wrapped in tissue and not in a Pandora box- not happy.

	I never got my cashback and even after questioning it i was told that i didnt fit the "terms and conditions" I see from other reviews that you can't get cashback buying Pandora, so i presume this is the reason. However this was not stated. I will buy Pandora else where in future and think this is poor customer care.

	Be warned !! For some reason they are not offering cashback on Pandora products. Best shop elsewhere if you are after Pandora !! Its a shame, because otherwise they are very quick and efficient at getting the purchase to you.

	I wish I had read the recent reviews before buying. As the same as most people I bought my item through this retailer because of the good cash back , only to have it denied. I have no idea why so I will be submitting a claim however I have a feeling it will be to no avail!!

	Avoid - I have just submitted a claim for £17 for a purchase of £195 on Pandora, not the first time they have declined my cashback (the first time was because I returned one item from a £240 Pandora order, losing out on £28 cashback. The only reason I ordered from John Greed was the cashback, as their prices are the same as high street. So far, on a total spend of £440, they are declining £45 of cashback that I consider I am eligible for. With Valentine's day and a birthday to buy for, I will be taking my money elsewhere, partly on principle, partly for reliability of cashback return.
