Excellent, no issues whatsoever! Just wish they would allow cashback on Pandora, as they don't I have been shopping (quite aggressively) with other jewellers who do give cashback like Argento.

It was easy to order and Topcashback monies appeared really easy. Their delivery sounded great with text alerts re delivery but these didn't come till late in the day so I missed delivery.

Ordered a pair of earrings at Christmas and was expecting £7.00 cashback. Bear in mind I only went with JG for this reason.
Cashback tracked at £0 and after a claim went to the expected £7.
Just as it became payable it went back to £0!!
No explanations given for this, and looking at others this is common practice!
Avoid!

The purchasing experience with John Greed is very positive however the cashback experience is not reliable. More often than not there is a good rate of cashback advertised and then none paid.

Before my last shopping experience with John Greed I can confirm that I received all cashback as expected. Unfortunately my most recent experience is not so positive as they have declined my payment - I have put in a claim with Customer Services at Topcashback so hopefully this will be sorted as I met all the criteria so very disappointed this time.

Very good cashback offered, so went with John Greed, however after waiting for over a year i have to give up on ever receiving my £22 cashback. It didnt track and they are refusing to pay out. Not very happy and not likely to use them again, however i was happy with the items received... Just think it was deceitful to offer a good cashback and not pay out!

I purchased a Pandora ring from this merchant due to the availability of cashback on Pandora products. The merchant tracked this at 0.0 and has since changed their policy and is refusing to payout. All credit to topcashback who have offered me half of the cashback as a good will gesture.
Will not be using John Greed in the future.

Item purchased legitimately, but after cashback showing, it reverted to zero for reasons that are incorrect and invalid. Very disappointed as purchase was genuine and not returned, nor fit any other claimed category for refusal.
Have better things to do than chase traders who dont play the game properly. As a result, wont use this retailer again.

I bought a Pandora item and they suddenly changed their cashback terms and conditions so that it was invalid and I couldn't get cash back. Tried to appeal but to no avail. Very disappointed. Item was also slow to despatch. Highly unlikely to use this retailer again. There are other online retailers of Pandora who are very quick to despatch although they don't offer cashback. First time I have been disappointed with cashback experience.

Twice I have bought from this website via topcashback, and both times the cashback has been declined in spite of lodging a claim. On each occasion the reason for the failed claim is "another website credited with referral" which is absolute rubbish. The first time admittedly I had searched via google then gone back via topcashback, the second time I ONLY went through topcashback.
The only reason I chose this supplier was that when taking into account the cashback it worked out cheaper than other stockists. I will not take this into account again as I do not believe they are fair with their cashback promises at all.
The product itself was fine.
